1. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5-7 business days

2. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: ₹150

3. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within India. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

5. Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package on our website using this number.

6. Shipping Delays
Toyama Controls & Systems Pvt Ltd is not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors such as inclement weather, carrier issues, or customs clearance. We will work to ensure your package arrives as soon as possible.

7. Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent.

Refund Policy

1. Refunds
We do not accept returns or provide refunds, except in the following circumstances:
- You received a defective product
- You received the wrong item
- Your order was not delivered

2. Reporting Issues
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact our customer service within 3 days of delivery. We will require photographic evidence of the issue.

3. Resolution Process
Once we have verified your issue, we will, at our discretion, send you a replacement product or issue a refund for the purchase price of the product. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.

5. Exclusions
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Customized or personalized products
- Software, if the seal is broken
- Sale or clearance items

6. Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it has shipped by contacting our customer service. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
